Stress Management
Everyone suffers from stress at some time in their life.
We all need stress in our lives to enable us to function, but too much stress or long-term stress can cause serious physical or mental problems.
I work with individuals or groups, in schools, or in the workplace, and can design a programme to help you cope with the stresses in your life.
Stress management can help with a variety of issues from depression to work related problems.
For businesses I can offer short lunchtime sessions on deep relaxation. These can help improve energy levels, work performance and reduce downtime due to sickness.

What to expect
Part of this process is giving you information and techniques to help you cope. These techniques can be used at home, school or at work. We will use different forms of breathing, relaxation and other techniques as required to help you control your stress.
These skills will help you throughout your life regardless of your age, or circumstances.
Individual sessions are confidential except if you or someone else is at risk of serious harm.
