Beginners Relaxation

For those who find it difficult to relax I can facilitate beginners groups or if preferred I will work with you on a one to one basis.

Advanced Relaxation

If you have found the beginners group helpful and wish to learn further techniques an advanced group is offered.

You will learn a range of techniques, which can be practised daily.

Relaxation can help you with problems such as -----

What to expect

You do not need any special clothing, though loose clothing would be more comfortable.

I will not ask you to do anything that you are not comfortable with, you can choose not to do any of the exercises if you so wish (there will be no pressure for you to join in). The more you participate the more benefit you will get from the course.
