Depression

Do you know that one in four people suffer from depression at some time in their lives? Unfortunaly depression still is something that people do not wish to talk about in case they get "labelled crazy". So people try to cope with the problem on their own, too frightened to admit their suffering. Don't go through it on your own admit you are depressed and seek help.
